Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 noon, subject to our delivery capacity for the day. Please contact us to confirm availability. Estimated same-day delivery rates are:
• Metro Manila – ₱200
• Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal – ₱300 to ₱600
Can I return or exchange my order?
We only accept returns for items that are damaged or have issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong sizing, so please make sure to confirm your size before placing an order.
Return Policy:
1. Return requests must be submitted within 1–2 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
3. An unboxing video is required to verify that the item was not intentionally damaged.
4. Approved returns must be shipped back to Sole Boss MNL within 3 days.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
